For the Election to the Council of Governors of the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust
It is hereby declared that elections are to be held in the following constituencies:
3 Public Governors in the following constituencies:
Barrow and West Cumbria (2 vacancies)
Lancashire and North Yorkshire (1 vacancy)
Ballot papers will be distributed to qualifying members on Tuesday 2nd October 2012.
Completed ballot papers must be received by the Independent Scrutineer (Electoral Reform Services Ltd), at the address below no later than noon on Monday 22nd October 2012.
