You are invited to join the Bay Health and Care Partners Public Assembly. The assembly is a newly created group for people to engage with the health service and we’d like you to be part of it.

As a member of the assembly you will have the opportunity to feedback on plans for service delivery, receive a quarterly newsletter from Bay Health and Care Partners and have your voice heard.

The first meetings for the assembly take place this summer and members will begin to receive invites shortly, so sign up if you want to take part.

We want to ensure that the assembly is represented by a diverse range of people in society; this data is being collected for monitoring purposes only.
