Healthier Lancashire and South Cumbria is a partnership of organisations coming together to improve outcomes and care for local people, reduce pressures on services and make best use of our financial resources.

Partnerships in five local areas, as shown on the map, provide a way in which all organisations and groups involved in health and care can join up locally and work collectively on shared challenges across Lancashire and South Cumbria.
