Visiting on Ward 6 at Furness General Hospital (FGH) in Barrow will be reinstated from tomorrow (Friday 10 April), following a review of current infection control measures and in line with Trust guidance.
We kindly ask for your understanding and co-operation in adhering to the following:

Visitors must continue to follow hand hygiene guidance, especially on entrance and exiting the ward.

Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of seasonal illnesses, such as flu or norovirus.
We appreciate your support in helping us maintain a safe environment for our patients and colleagues.
If you have any questions or concerns, please speak to staff on the ward.
