As a Trust, we are committed to promoting and protecting the health and wellbeing of our staff, patients, visitors and local communities.
Our aim is to support and enable people to improve their own health and wellbeing by making simple changes to their lifestyle. In partnership with our Bay Health and Care Partners, we run campaigns throughout the year to encourage healthy lifestyles and promote positive behaviours.
Below are some of the campaigns we are supporting:
Our UHMBT Patient Safety Day will take place on Thursday 14 September from 9am to 4.30pm on Microsoft Teams.
Wednesday 21 June 2023 marks the second National Healthcare Estates and Facilities Day.
Pharmacy Technician Day recognizes the invaluable contributions made by pharmacy technicians to patient health, safety and as an integral part of the healthcare team.
AHPs Day takes place ever year on 14 October. There are 14 Allied Health Professionals roles, making AHPs the 3rd largest healthcare workforce, and we want to say a huge THANK YOU to all of our incredible #TeamUHMBT AHPs.
The Butterfly Scheme provides a system of hospital care for people living with dementia or who simply find that their memory isn’t as reliable as it used to be.
