Weekly News 26 July 2022

26 July 2022

This week’s edition includes lots of news and updates from across the Trust.

Efforts of teams across UHMBT recognised in regulator reports

The hard work and dedication of our teams across UHMBT has been recognised in two reports published by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). You can view the full CQC inspection reports on the CQC website here. You can also view more detail on what the inspectors found in this summary document.

What do you think about our ‘out of hours’ catering?

The Trust recognises the need for the provision of good quality nutritious food for colleagues at all times of the day; it is as important that a colleague can enjoy a healthy meal at 2am, as it is at 2pm. We are about to launch a survey to ask all our hospital and community colleagues about their preferences for a healthy meal whilst working out of hours shifts.

Change of date: all colleague briefing - new purpose, vision, values, areas of focus and strategy

Please be aware that due to unforeseen circumstances, the date and time of the all-colleague briefing about our new purpose, vision, values, areas of focus and strategy, planned for Tuesday 26 July from 3.30pm - 4.30pm has been changed. It will now take place on Tuesday 2 August from 3pm - 4pm via Microsoft Teams.
