North Lancashire Community Therapy team

The Community Therapy team is made up of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy Technical Instructors and Administration Staff.

The team deliver rehabilitation to people in their own home for those recovering from illness, surgery, deterioration of a long-term condition or a loss if function. They also provide falls assessments and group falls exercise programmes.
