An account of a patient’s experience having received various health, care, and other external partner interactions following illness caused by COVID-19. Kris, a local schoolteacher, outlines the care and compassion received from Trust staff. Kris recalls how everyone she encountered both in hospital and within UHMB community services treated her with respect, communicated clearly and listened with interest while always acting in a professional manner.
