For some of our outpatient services , we now offer appointment self-booking via the Patient Engagement Portal+ (PEP+). You will receive an SMS text message with an offer to book your appointment via the PEP+. If you haven’t accessed the link to book within 48hrs, our hospital booking team will make a booking for you as normal.
If you access the link, you’ll be able to choose from the available dates and times on offer within the next 6weeks. The booking will be confirmed with you straight away upon completion.
You can even use the NHS app to make the booking if you’d prefer. When you receive your SMS text notification, simply launch the NHS App, navigate to the Appointments section and you can make the booking from there. The offer and booking will be in the NHS App and PEP+ at the same time.
