You can log into the Patient Engagement Portal at any time to update your personal details. Once logged in, click the MY DETAILS button.
You can update your mobile phone number, email address and ethnicity. Your updates will update your GP’s system and in turn our hospital system.
If you had a change of address, click the toggle and enter your new address.
At the bottom of the screen, you can also let us know your preferences on things like receiving SMS text reminders.
Make sure to click SAVE CHANGES before you exit the page.
