Annual Members’ Meeting
Everyone is welcome to attend the Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) of University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust (UHMBT).
The event will include a ‘marketplace’ with stalls run by hospital teams and local third sector organisations offering information and advice.
There will be an opportunity to hear about the Trust’s progress and achievements over the past year. There will also be opportunities to ask questions of the Chief Executive, Trust Chair and Lead Governor.

Order of Proceedings
1:00 – As members of the public arrive, tea and coffee will be served, and market stalls will open.
1:40 – Song Birds choir start their performance, introduced by Company Secretary
1:45 – Stalls who need to leave can pack up. Guests take their seats. Choir continues until 1:55
1:55 – Welcome from the Chair
2:00 – The Chief Executive will present an overview of the Annual Report 22/23 and a look ahead to the future of Morecambe Bay
2:15 – The Director of Finance will present the Annual Accounts 2022/23
2:25 – The Trust’s External Auditors will present their report on the Annual Report and Accounts
2:35 – The Head Governor will report on the work of the Council of Governors during 2022/23
2:40 – A Question and Answer session will be held
2:50 – Closing remarks
2:55 – Market stalls will re-open
3:30 – Close
