The Mooch is a podcast to connect, communicate and engage with the 9,000 strong (and growing) team that works in the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust.
Led by our Chief Executive Aaron Cummins, the podcast will enable colleagues and partners to join him in conversation to talk about the things that really matter to them, their teams and their patients.
The podcast will cover everything about UHMBT's community and hospital services. We want this to be more than just something to listen to. We want to hear from you - what do you want to hear about? Perhaps you would like to take part and share your views? We would really like to hear from colleagues and teams who want to share with everybody how their services are getting on - what is going well, what could be better?
